Refilling liquor bottles is a violation of State and Federal Liquor Law Statues. The statutes against refilling liquor are to protect the consumer from illegal liquids from being served from branded liquor bottles. According to Law, Liquor bottles are to be purchased by establishments that publicly dispense alcohol from an authorized distributor.
