Green’s Tavern, 107 N 5th St, Roscommon, MI 48653 was cited for Multiple Violations Adulterated, Misbranded or Refilled liquor bottles on April 25, 2017 by the Liquor Control Commission of Michigan. The Commission issued a total fine of $1025 plus a 52 Day-license suspension. In the case versus Green’s Tavern, 107 N 5th St, Roscommon, MI 48653, the commission specifically noted the brands of alcoholic beverages involved, included in the violation list was Captain Morgan Rum, Popov Vodka, and Black Velvet. The Michigan Liquor Commission ordered that an additional liquor license suspension would be incurred if the fine was not paid within the prescribed time allotted by the order.
